About the job
NAOS Solutions is seeking a motivated B2B Tele-Sales Representative to join our Contact Center department. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling loan financing solutions to businesses.
Engage with potential B2B clients over the phone to understand their financing needs
Promote loan products and services
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the Contact Center department

Job Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in B2B telesales or related field
Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
Benefits
Base Salary 13,000 EGP NET
Variable up to 5,000 EGP NET
Transportation allowance up to 1,100 EGP NET
Ramadan Package, Iftar allowance
