About the job
“Customer Services Specialist “is required for reputable government and diplomatic services company located in Abbasiya.
Salary: Up to 9K Net +Benefits
One day off, “Friday.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Responsibilities:
· Handle customer/applicant queries personally.
· Document scrutiny and collection of applications for visa processing.
· Effectively resolve customer problems and ensuring satisfaction.
· Providing information and support regarding products or services offered by the company.
· Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree is a must.
· Excellent command of English in both written and spoken.
· Customer Service is Experience or Training is Preferred
