المهارات اللازمة لوظيفة أمين صندوق (صراف):
اجادة استخدام ملحقات الكمبيوتر المختلفة مثل اجهزة طباعة الفواتير وأجهزة قراءة اكواد المنتجات.
القدرة على استخدام برامج قواعد البيانات.
اجادة مهارات جيدة في الرياضيات.
امتلاك مهارات التواصل مع الشخصيات المختلفة.
القدرة على ترتيب المهام وادارة الوقت بشكل مميز.
العمل على اكتساب ثقة ورضا العملاء.
يعمل الكاشير في كثير من الأحيان تحت ضغوط مختلفة منها كثرة المنتجات التي اشتراها العملاء ومحاولة استيعاب الازدحام والطوابير الطويلة من الزبائن الذين لا يطيقون الانتظار والتأخير، لذلك يحتاج العاملون بهذه الوظيفة إلى التحلى بالصبر وقوة التحمل والانتباه للتفاصيل.
على أي حال من الأحوال، لا يجب أن يسمح الكاشير بتأثير الضغط والازدحام على دقة التعامل مع الأموال الواردة والفواتير والحسابات، كما يجب أن يحرص على تجنب الفوضى والأخطاء ومنع الغش والأموال المزورة.
Job Description
Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
Scan goods and collect payments
Ensure pricing is correct
Issue change, receipts, refunds, or tickets
Redeem stamps and coupons
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change
Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information
Keep reports of transactions
Process returns and checks to see if items are damaged
Answer customers’ questions and get a manager if the answer does not solve the issue
Pleasantly deal with customers to ensure satisfaction

Job Requirements
Experience not less than one year
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Education: Bachelor of commerce
Basic Math
Interpersonal Communication/Written and Verbal Communication
