The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate Customer Service Representative to join our on-site team in Sheraton, Cairo. You’ll be the hero of our customer’s journey, providing exceptional service and ensuring they leave with a smile.

Here’s what you’ll do:
Be a problem-solving pro, handling inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Become a lead generation guru, calling warm leads and building relationships.
Support our office manager with a positive and helpful attitude.
Make every interaction a delight, delivering top-notch customer experiences.
You’ve got the skills if you’re:
A customer service whiz with a proven track record of happy clients.
A master communicator with strong written and spoken English.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
(Bonus points) A call center veteran or customer service pro.
(Even more bonus points) A degree holder in a relevant field.
