About the job
Role holders at this level provide support to the Category Manager in order to ensure efficiency, timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing plans. S/he assists in performing all aspects of marketing programs for specified products. This entails a detailed understanding of the category dealt with. S/he assists in developing category marketing plans for a range of products and in the delivery of the product plans.
Key Accountabilities:
Prepares the annual brand marketing plan ensuring conformance with market share and budget requirements.
Assists in the development of marketing support activities that enable direct sales for business units.
Provides input to development strategy across product range handled to ensure new or enhanced products meet category requirements.
Track implementation of product launch to ensure efficient, timely and cost-effective product launch.
Collect information and analyze the product performance to ensure effectiveness.
Assists in the preparation of promotional plans and marketing materials in support of new and existing products and services so that customer awareness of the offering is maximized.
Ensures that all marketing activities relating to the promotion of products and services related to their own category are consistent with the brand image of FHH.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in a business-related discipline.
From 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the FMCG sector.
Excellent standard of written and spoken English.
Advanced computer skills.
Energetic and active person.
