نشاءة البنك
البنك العربي أسسه عبد الحميد شومان في القدس، فلسطين عام 1930، ابتدأ بسبعة من حملة الأسهم بقيمة 15,000 جنيه فلسطيني، وبعد أكثر من 70 عاماً أصبح البنك مؤسسة عالمية وأحد أضخم المصارف العربية بأصول بلغت سنة 2005 27.31 مليار دولار فيما بلغت الأرباح الصافية 618مليون دولار لتسعة أشهر الأولى من 2016. وتنتشر فروعه اليوم في خمس قارات حول العالم. وقد وصلت الأرباح الصافية إلى 618مليون دولار في تسعة أشهر الأولى لسنة 2016.
لمحة عن تاريخ البنك
جلبت حقبة الستينيات معها موجة من التأميم اجتاحت العالم العربي، حيث رافقت حصول الدول العربية واحدة بعد الأخرى على استقلالها من الاستعمارين البريطاني والفرنسي، فتم تأميم فروع المصرف في مصر وسوريا في 1961، وفي العراق في 1964 وفي عدن في 1969 وأخيراً في السودان وليبيا في عام 1970. وخلال عشر سنوات، خسر المصرف العربي 25 فرعاً. وعلى إثر احتلال إسرائيل للضفة الغربية وقطاع غزة في عام 1967، تم إغلاق فروع أخرى.

Job description
Identify customer needs and fulfilling it with proper bank’s products or services.
Handle customers requests/inquiries related to their accounts ,products & services in a professional manner & serving all customers regardless of segment up to the level of their full satisfaction.
Promote & sell bank products/services to achieve the yearly set targets .
Migrate customers to various channels ( PB ,IB, ATM, cheque deposit box, SMS)
Ensure that brochures are up to date and in place
Carry/handle efficiently custody items , keys as per custodian matrix and relevant P&P
Adhere to Branch Operating Model .
Carry out any task requested by BM.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree in business administration or finance.
Fluent English.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in banking or finance.
Full awareness of bank’s products, services, rules & regulations.
Strong orientation for sales and services.
