Job Description
Attention all recent graduates with an age limit of 28 years old! Horizons, a sister company of a top-notch US dental clinic, is actively seeking confident and assertive Customer Service agents for our call center office.
You will be working from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am in our Nasr City, Cairo office
Providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, social media, video calls, and live chat on our website.
You will be rewarded with a monthly salary of 15k EGP plus KPIs and insurance benefits. Along with a fixed two-day off on Saturdays and Sundays.

Job Requirements
Fluency in English Language is a MUST. (American Accent is Highly Preferred)
A college degree purely in the English language is highly preferred.
Fast typing on the Keyboard for responding to emails
Excellent basic computer skills
Preferred customer support experience
Excellent communication skills
