Job Description
Contact potential or existing customers to confirm their already required orders using our system leads
Provide the client with all necessary information and answer all their questions about his order and other different products
Enter and update customer information in the database
Take and process orders in an accurate manner
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and the required number of confirmed orders
Upsell to the client different suitable products and offers.

Job Requirements
Graduated
Experience as a telesales representative or customer service agent
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
Good knowledge of English
Very good Typing skills
Very good communication and interpersonal skills
good sales skills and good handling manner
Cool-tempered and able to handle Clients
Negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
Previous knowledge about the Arabic accent of the Golf area will be a good asset
