Job Description
Deliver and set-up furniture inside client homes, as required or requested
Respond to inquiries and requests from clients in a professional manner
Collect furniture from residential or commercial locations
Protect all donated furniture from damage through established best practices

Job Requirements
Position Overview: As a Customer Service Agent specialized in furniture design at Homy, you will play a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise in furniture design to our clients. You will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and customizing furniture designs that best suit their needs and preferences, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:
Engage with customers in-person, over the phone, or via email to understand their furniture requirements, preferences, and design aesthetics.
Provide professional and personalized guidance to customers in selecting furniture pieces, finishes, fabrics, and accessories to match their design vision.
Act as a brand ambassador for Homy, delivering exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Furniture Design Consultation:
Utilize your expertise in furniture design and interior décor to advise customers on design concepts, space planning, and color coordination.
Collaborate with customers to create custom furniture designs, incorporating their unique style preferences, functional needs, and budget constraints.
Present design proposals and recommendations to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

Product Knowledge and Expertise:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Homy’s product catalog, including furniture collections, materials, construction techniques, and design trends.
Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and customization options to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain design concepts to showcase the quality and versatility of Homy’s furniture offerings.

Order Processing and Coordination:
Facilitate the order process by accurately documenting customer preferences, specifications, and design modifications.
Liaise with internal departments, including sales, inventory, and production teams, to ensure timely processing, fulfillment, and delivery of customer orders.
Monitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers, addressing any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.

Customer Support and Follow-Up:
Provide post-sales support to customers, including assistance with product assembly, troubleshooting, and resolution of any issues or concerns.
Conduct follow-up communication with customers to solicit feedback on their experience, product satisfaction, and potential future needs.
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services based on customer preferences and purchasing history.
