Position Overview:
As a Mailer, you will play a crucial role in managing and distributing mail within our organization. Your responsibilities will include sorting e-mails, preparing outgoing e-mail, and ensuring an organized database. Additionally, you’ll be involved in data analysis and data entry tasks. Proficiency in Google Sheets is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
Sort Incoming E-mail:
Receive and sort incoming mail by department, location, and category (e.g., bills, notices, personal correspondence).
Outgoing E-mail:
Send out marketing emails
Data Analysis:
Extract insights from data to inform decision-making.
Data Entry:
Enter relevant information into databases or spreadsheets.
Maintain accurate records of mail sent and received.
Google Sheets Expertise:
Utilize Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis.
Create and maintain spreadsheets as needed.

Requirements:
Proven Experience:
Previous experience as a Data Entry Clerk or a similar role
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Google Sheets.
Attention to Detail:
Well-organized with sharp attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent email.
Communication Skills:
Effective communication and literacy skills.
Fluency in English
Additional Information:
Work Remotely
Fixed shifts (Monday-Saturday, 1pm to 10pm)
Net Salary: 12,000 EGP/Month
