Oriental Weavers is now hiring :
Quality Control Manager
Location: 10th of Ramadan City
Main Duties:
Establish an effective Quality system cover the control needed for material entry to product release
Ensure all products produced in factories under his responsibilities are exposed to quality inspection regime
Ensure all products released to warehouses are complying with customer specifications and requirement
Assign the Proper quality inspectors in terms of number and qualifications are located in right check point
Participate positively in customer complaints root cause analysis and effective corrective action
Qualifications:
B.Sc. of Engineering or Chemistry
From 10 years at least practical experience in quality function out of them at least 3 years as a Manager in big or multinational organizations, preferred carpet or textile industries
Managing investigation processes and testing laboratories for incoming material for at least 3 years
Building a new system for quality control and create documented procedures himself is a must

We are looking for a Senior Recruitment Specialist to undertake all hiring activities for White Collars, from posting open roles to interviewing candidates and closing hires
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Recruiter or similar role
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn
Strong interpersonal skillsGood written and verbal communications skills
Team spirit
BSc in Business Administration or similar
Professional diploma in HRM is highly preferred
