Job Description:
You will be responsible in managing our accounts on social media platforms.
You will also be responsible for managing the social media pages for our clients.
Monitor user-generated content on social media platforms in real-time.
Review and moderate comments, posts, images, and other forms of content according to established guidelines.
Foster positive interactions within the online community.
Respond to user comments, questions, and concerns promptly and professionally.
Scheduling & Publishing the monthly content plan (posts – stories)
Enhance and assure our social media direction.
Measure the success of every media buying campaign by data analytics.
Follow up with customers
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Content and Production teams.
Provide analytical reports
Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Job Requirements
BS in Communications, Marketing, Business, New Media or Public Relations.
Must Have Experience As a Social Media Moderator.
Experience in Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, Youtube and other Platforms.
Ability to write and validate Arabic content is a MUST.
Experience in dealing with social, and digital campaigns and applications as well.
Social Media Strategist using social media for different marketing objectives.
Creative.
Very good in Customer Service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Fluency in English.
