Job Description
As a Travel Advisor at Concentrix, you will be the voice of our travel partners, providing exceptional customer service to travelers around the world. You will be responsible for:
Booking and managing travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and activities
Answering customer questions about travel destinations, visas, and other travel-related topics
Resolving customer issues and complaints
Providing recommendations and travel tips
Building relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
Job Requirements
At least 3 – 5 years’ Experience in a Travel Agency in Egypt as a Tour operator
Creating and designing tour packages, quotation and follow all operation and land arrangements.
Coordinating all aspects of travel, including booking hotels, flights, rental cars, excursions, entertainment, and activities
Arranging transportation to and from airports, hotels, and sites
Good connections with hotels for contracting and reservations.
Negotiating with hotels, restaurants, transportation providers, and other businesses to secure the best possible rates
Negotiation skills with strong Communication in English and Arabic
Well versed in areas of Travel (domestic, international, groups / individuals.)
GDS experience, Fares & Ticketing is a plus
Strong knowledge of Microsoft office, working on online portals
