Technical Support Specialist— Location: Giza — 6. of October

Job Duties
Prepare new computers to be installed and connected to company network by implementing company policies.
Receive incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner as first point of contact.
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
Install and upgrade software, implement file backups, and configure systems and applications.
Evaluates vendor-supplied hardware by testing hardware errors.
Maintains historical records by documenting hardware and software.
Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
Job Requirements :
From Ito 2 years of experience Preferably in Audit firm or FMCG industry) .
Bachelor degree .
Technical understanding of Computers Hardware 8, Sofhvare both “Operating Systems & Applications”.
Ability to work from home and out of working hours & travel inside all of Egypt governments.
