Recruitment Specialist for DEALS HR
DEALS HR & Recruitment consultants working in the HR field looking to hire “Recruitment Specialist”
Job Description:
She will generate new leads for potential clients via email, phone meetings.
She will Create source and develop a pool of qualified candidates
She will Arrange interviews and make any necessary arrangements for pre-employment checks and test
She will Post openings in different places and advertisements, with professional organizations and in other positions appropriate venues.
Headhunting – identifying and approaching suitable candidates
Review resumes credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements.
She will conduct Initial phone interviews with complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates about the company and position.
Interview the candidates using the ZOOM Application method based on Competencies Based Interview.
Confirm the final interview date and time and follow up with the candidates.
Calibrating the interviews with the client.

Requirements:
Experience: 0 to 1 years
Microsoft office (Excel, word)
English: very good to Excellent
Prefer have experience in same industry.
Bachelor’s degree.
Location: Heliopolis
Working hours: 9:00 to 5:00
Days off: Friday & Saturday
Salary: Negotiable according to experience
