Infrastructure Manager

Develop and maintain all the Infrastructure components within all the company sites (Database, Servers, and Network)
Making deals with suppliers to satisfy the company needs from HW component (PCs, Printers……) to ensure an uninterrupted business operation.
Follow-up on H/W providers to ensure an uninterrupted business operation.
Ensure providing users with adequate training on office applications as well as ongoing PC, & HW support.
Provide the suitable solutions for any Database, Network, and Servers issue within the agreed on SLA and based on the criticality of the issue
Participate with the IT Manager in establishing the IT strategic plan as well as the annual budget in line with strategies.
Develop the IT operational plans in his/her specialized area.
Put the Infrastructure Components Budget in line to the AOP
Responsible for new sites Infrastructure setup (Connectivity and Network designs).
Design and Implement Disaster Recovery Plan.
Ensure Infrastructure components 97% availability.
Implement, and audit robust mechanisms to ensure data integrity & retention, and information security in line with Good IT Practice and Group IT Policies & Procedures.
Develop & maintain the IT related policies & procedures in line with Group IT Policies & Procedures.
Provide the Infrastructure team with all required trainings to catch up to date technologies.
Education
Faculty of Engineering (Electronics or Communications) or Computer Science.
From 6-8 years of relevant extensive experience in a similar position
