Job Description:
We are currently hiring Customer Service Representatives to provide technical support and assist with billing queries for customers in the United States of America. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support.

What We Offer:
Competitive basic salary of 6600 EGP.
Additional performance-based incentive of 220 US Dollars based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Social and Medical insurance coverage.
14-day paid training program to equip you with the necessary skills.
5 working days with 2 days off.
Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, and overnight).
9-hour workday including a 1-hour break.
Transportation provided to and from the site.
