Job Description
Assisting customers by understanding their individual needs and providing excellent customer service.
Maintain Customer Relations.
Receiving customer’s visits and providing good service to the client.
Follow up the customer’s requirements related to various departments.
Follow-up implementation work on the site
Presenting finishing systems and new projects to clients.
Sending sites updates periodically to clients.
Cooperate with the sales department in the tasks assigned to it.
Preparing the required reports.

Job Requirements
Bachelor degree.
Familiarity with consumer behavior principles.
Excellent communication skills in English/Arabic.
Must be presentable.
Must be comfortable greeting, talking, and assisting customers.
The work time from 10 AM to 6 PM , with Friday weekly day off
The company provides social and medical insurance.
The company pays taxes due on the employee.
The company pays a cash allowance in the case of transfers during working time.
The company is looking for talent so it’s pays Premium salaries.
