Performance Management and Employee Relations Specialist
Role: Performance and Employee Relations Specialist

To guide and consult the colleagues for employee relation issues in Head Office and stores and make store visits
To manage and resolve complex employee issues, disciplinary and exit processes in line with Legal and related teams
To provide performance management guidance and execute performance management process,
To develop feedback culture and rewarding systems,
To lead HR projects regarding performance management, employee engagement, and satisfaction
To keep relevant HR systems up to date and ready to produce periodic and ad hoc reports as requested by HQ

Education & Language Skills

University and/or Masters degree
Excellent verbal & written English skills

Professional Expertise

3-5 years of experience in Human Resources; preferably as HR Performance Specialist, HR Generalist, or HR Business Partner
Having a good level of MS Office and reporting skills
Labour Law knowledge is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with professional style to work with colleagues from all levels within the organization
Result-oriented, well-organized, and able to meet project deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to be able to work in a multi-task environment
Self-motivation and positive attitude with a high level of energy and have strong cultural adaptability
No restriction to travel
