About us
Al Qamzi Group Egypt is a pioneer Egyptian Emaratian Developer in the touristic and building investments in Egypt and UAE as well. Our organisation team including pioneering, high experienced Engineers from various branches, Accounting team, Marketing and Sales team.

We’re currently establishing our first administrative headquarter building in Sheraton Autos-trad Road in addition to our coming project in North Coast and all over Egypt.

Job Description
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Follow communication “scripts” when handling different topics
Identify customers’ needs, clarify informatio
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way

Job Requirements
Previous experience in Real Estate is a must
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Working knowledge of MS Office
BA of any discipline
