Travel Agent for OFFTO

We are looking for a Travel Agent to work in our offices in Cairo. You will manage travel requirements made for business or holidays and you will provide tourism-related services and packages, The goal is to keep our clients satisfied and loyal to future services.

Responsibilities
Plan and sell transportation, accommodations,
insurance, and other travel services.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers.
Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees.
Book from offline hotels & DMCs.
Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, reissues, or refunds.
Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
Enter data into our software and maintain client files.
Maintain statistical and financial records.
Meet profit and sales targets.

Requirements
At least 4 years of work experience as a Travel Agent.
Excellent knowledge of Amadeus refund, and reissue.
Arabic & Fluency in English.
Ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively
Sound knowledge of domestic and international travel trends.
Good experience in live chat & CRM software.

Note:
Salary started from 10,000 EGP monthly + reachable commission schema.
