Responsibilities
Read the given material and research industry-specific terminology
Convert text and audio recordings from Arabic to English.
Ensure translated content conveys original meaning and tone
Prepare subtitles for videos and online presentations
Cross-reference specialized dictionaries and translation tools to check the quality of the translation
Proofread translated texts for grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy
Follow up with internal team members and clients to ensure translation meets their needs
Edit content to maintain its original format (e.g. font and structure)
Network with field experts to stay current on new translation tools and practices

Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer

Executive assistants to CEOs responsibilities, which can include:
Providing administrative support such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, and greeting guests
Coordinating meetings, conference calls, and other events
Processing expense reports, ordering supplies, and preparing expense reports
Tracking company assets, such as equipment and inventory, and maintaining records of purchases and sales
Interacting with external parties such as vendors, contractors, customers, or members of the media on behalf of the executive

Managing travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels, arranging transportation, and handling baggage
Answering incoming calls and emails and routing them to the appropriate person within an organization.
