Mall Administration Coordinator( Operation Executive ) for Urban Estate
Job Description
Manage and follow-up all operation ( security , Cleanliness, maintenance).
Coordination with other departments regarding maintenance process and customer payments.
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
Reports to direct manager on the progress and achievements, and refers to any problems to him for action/advice.
Provide the Accounting and HR departments with reports.
Following up the implementation of the HR policies and holiday and sick days taken.
Promote occupational health and safety within mall and develop safer and healthier ways of working.
Prepare and issue tenant notices, circulars, warning and penalty notice as advised by mall manager.
Follow-up on tenant communications till completion
Manage all documentation related to mall management and leasing operations.
Prepare PR / LPOs for various operational requirements and ensure its tracking and follow up with the concerned department for timely procurement.
Handle all queries and complaints from Tenants when received in the Mall .
Ensure forwarding the same to the concerned department, including follow up for timely resolution as per established Mall policies and procedures.

تعريفات الإدارة
الإدارة تعتبر من العلوم المهمة لإنجاز الأعمال ويوجد نظريات مختلفة بالإدارة وسنقوم باستعراض بعض التعاريف التي وضعها كبار علماء الإدارة:
فردريك تايلور Frederick Taylor: الإدارة هي القيام بتحديد ما هو مطلوب عمله من العاملين بشكل صحيح ثم التأكد من أنهم يؤدون ما هو مطلوب منهم من أعمال بأفضل وأرخص الطرق.
رالف دافيز Ralph Davis: الإدارة هي عمل القيادة التنفيذية.
جون مي Jone f.me: الإدارة هي فن الحصول على أقصى نتائج بأقل جهد حتى يمكن تحقيق آقصى سعادة لكل من صاحب العمل والعاملين مع تقديم أفضل خدمة للمجتمع.
هنري فايول Henri Fayol: تعني الإدرة بالنسبة للمدير أن يتنبأ بالمستقبل ويخطط بناء عليه، وينظم ويصدر التعليمات وينسق ويراقب.
مجالات الإدارة
مستويات الإدارة: 1) الإدارة العليا. 2) الإدارة الوسطى “التنفيذية”. 3) الإدارة الدنيا “المباشرة”.
ترتبط الإدارة بجميع الأنشطة الحياتية والمجتمعية، وفي الواقع يمكن تصنيف الإدارة على أساس الهدف من النشاط (اجتماعي خدمي ـ مادي إنتاجي) فتصبح الإدارة بذلك نوعين:
إدارة الأنشطة ذات الهدف الخدمي الاجتماعي (إدارة القطاع الحكومي أو الإدارة العامة)،
إدارة الأنشطة ذات الهدف المادي الإنتاجي (إدارة القطاع الخاص وإدارة الأعمال الإنتاجية).
أما ما يذكر أدناه فما هي إلا مجموعة من الأساليب والطرق الإدارية التي يستخدمها المدير عند الحاجة بل أنه في الواقع العملي قد نجد الكثير من المدراء يجهلون هذه الأساليب والطرق ولم يسبق أن استعانوا بها في حياتهم العملية، خصوصا إذا كانت معلومات أو تحليلات جديدة.
