Job Description:
Creates designs and highly detailed drawings using the necessary applications.
Liases with construction professionals about the feasibility of potential projects ammendments.
Works around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact and project budget.
Adapts plans according to circumstances and resolving any problems that may arise during construction.
Controls project from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative and functional design.
Takes the “brief” to identify clients’ needs and puts together feasibility reports and design proposals.
Develops ideas keeping in mind client’s needs, building’s usage and environmental impact.
Produces detailed blueprints and makes any necessary corrections.
Compiles project specifications to stay within budgets and timelines.
Ensure that all works are carried out to specific standards, building codes, guidelines and regulations.
Makes on site visits to check on project status and reports on project.
Cooperates and liaises with construction professionals.
Follows architectural trends and advancements.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree of Architecture Engineering.
Very good command of English.
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Applications, Auto-CAD, Revit, and Primavera.
