Patient Services Coordinator
Orienting the new foreign patients on their rights and responsibilities as our valued patients of the hospital .
Assist our non-Arabic speaking patients and visitors with interpreting instructions and, advice them in an easy language so that it can be understood.
Foreign patients coordinator shall obtain patient’s feedback to ensure our esteemed patients satisfaction .
B.S. degree in public relations or any related field. (English Section)
Fluency in English language is a must.
( Previous Experience ( Hospitals – Hotels – Resorts
Ability to utilize skills effectively and as appropriate.
Ability to convinces foreign patients communicating in a clear, concise, understandable manner, and listen attentively to others and provides instructions to patients.
