HR at Arma Foods
Arma Foods is now searching for Personnel Executive to join its HR team
Duties
Input and adjust employees data into the system
Open files for new hires and update current employees files with any variables
Implement systems and policies for new employees
Contact with social insurance government health insurance and labor office authorities to handle related procedures
Prepare social insurance forms 1 2 and 6 to be delivered on time
Renew employees contracts annually
Update current employees database annually
Maintain an efficient and well organized administration of the personnel archive
Participate in the hiring onboarding process
Requirements
Bachelors degree in business administration or any relevant field
1 3 years of experience in personnel
Familiar with the Egyptian Labor Law Social Insurance procedures
Excellent experience in dealing with governmental authorities
V Good English speaker
Excellent Microsoft Office user
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work location
5th Settlement New Cairo
