1- IT Help Desk
• Troubleshoots hardware, software, peripheral, and operating system performance issues.
• First line of troubleshooting & maintenance..
• Maintains Phone Infrastructure.
• Maintains the IT Stock & supplies.
• Respond to telephone calls, email and personal requests for assistance
• Troubleshoot & Installing Printers, computer hardware, Switches.
• Troubleshoot Microsoft Outlook Problem.
• Communicate with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware
2- IT Software Specialist
• Have knowledge in Hospital systems (HIS-ERP) or similar applications .
• Previous experience in code-zone software is added value
3- IT Software Manager
