1 – Room Service Order Taker
Desired Skills & Qualifications
Ability to work as part of a team, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent telecommunication skills, able to represent Kempinski to clients via telephone.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.

2 – Director of Events
Desired Skills & Qualifications
A minimum of five (5) years experience in the hotel industry and in the Groups & Events Sales area.
Ability to work and communicate in a multinational environment.
Arabic and English – excellent oral and written skills.
Strong leadership and analytical skills
Ability to quickly adapt to a constantly changing market with a revenue positive effect
Be proactive in achieving Groups & Events revenue goals
Relevant experience in Groups & Events management
Hotel Operations experience a plus
Analytical approach to problem solving and demonstrated ability to “think outside of the box”
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office, (Excel/PowerPoint/Word).
Micros Fidelio Opera and Sales & Catering.
People Oriented

Egyptian Nationality.
Previous hotel-related experience beneficial.
Ability to work and communicate in multinational environment, including excellent oral and written language skills in Arabic and English; Any Additional languages are a plus.

Basic knowledge of hotel operations & Computer systems, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint); Basic knowledge of Micros is an advantage.
