Receptionist at Maadi -Faisal – Shubra elkhima- October
Job description
*Receiving the customers’ devices
* Handle the customer complaint
* Register all data on the System (customer data and mobile data )
*Complaint analysis
* Contact with the maintenance department
* Contact the warehouse department for the accessories and spare parts price.
* Receiving money from the customer
* Contact with the financial department to finalize all financial cases
Job Requirements
* Bachelor degree
* Max. age: 28
* Proven customer support experience.
* V.good English language command.
* females
* Giza / cairo Residents are preferred.
* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* استلام اجهزة العملاء
* التعامل مع شكوى العميل
* تسجيل جميع البيانات على النظام (بيانات العملاء وبيانات الهاتف المحمول)
* تحليل الشكاوى
* الاتصال بقسم الصيانة
* الاتصال بقسم المخزن للملحقات وقطع الغيار.
* استلام الاموال من العميل
* تواصل مع الادارة المالية لانهاء جميع الحالات المالية
متطلبات العمل
* شهادة البكالوريوس
* ماكس. العمر: 27-28
* تجربة دعم العملاء مثبتة.
* خامسا. امر جيد للغة الانجليزية.
* اناث
* يفضل سكان الجيزة / القاهرة.
* توجه العميل والقدرة على التكيف / الرد على انواع مختلفة من الشخصيات.
* مهارات تواصل وعرض ممتازة.
* القدرة على تعدد المهام وترتيب الاولويات وادارة الوقت بفعالية.
