1 – Sales Admin-Automation

: Core Responsibilities

Coordinate and collaborate with other department for sales related matters (Logistics).
Train and on-board vendors.
Resolve Technical issues on time for vendors (location, vendor portal, 9cookie.etc).
Monitor the status of vendor to make sure all systems are running smoothly.
Partner support in different ways such as (emails, phone, remote control).
Update and monitor the closed vendors.
Manage quality account of the vendors, ensuring continuous partner relationships and resolve
operations issues between partner vendors, users/partner vendors and users.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
Follow-up activities.
Transmission methods reports.
Provide reports on training requests.

Key Requirements
Fresh Graduates – up to 2 years of experience preferably in an Admin role.
At least Good level of English Language.
Communication Skills
Problem Solving Skills
Interpersonal Skills
Good user of Microsoft Office tools like Word, Excel, etc.

2 – Sales Executive

Core Responsibilities
Create and conduct effective proposal presentations, negotiate, quoting the rates and terms of conditions to sign the contract, and bring clients on-board with Talabat
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities.
Report on daily basis vendors visited and contacted.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze sales opportunities.
Receive the leads from the lead generation team, communicate with them, and convert the leads to sales.

 

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1-3 Years of experience of general experience, (at least 6 months in Sales).

At least Very Good command of spoken & written English, Excellent command is highly preferable.

3 – Senior GRC Specialist

What’s On Your Plate?
Provide advice and support local business functions as they identify, assess, manage, mitigate, and monitor risks.
Promote risk culture and raise awareness within the local entity.
Provide thought partnership, risk analytics (e.g. return on Risk Mitigation investments), and recommendations around remediation, Risk Mitigation, or process improvement to the local C Level, management and functional leaders.
Support to implement global framework / methodology for governance over controls to maintain, continuously update and improve controls.
Design and supports implementation of local internal controls together with the control owners in accordance with global ICS policies and guidelines. considering the minimum control requirements provided by the global Internal Controls.
Initiate and coordinate procedures for evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and ensure remediation of identified weaknesses at local level.
What Did We Order?
Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting.
4-6 years’ experience working as a internal auditor or similar.
Ability to motivate teams to produce quality work within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects
Ability to benchmark and analyze various business risks
Strong background in finance, internal control, risk management, statistics
English fluency required, Arabic preferred

Key Requirements
Minimum of 7+ years of Logistics experience in Food or a multinational branded corporate with focus on light Logistics operations.
