Receptionist and Tele sales
About the job
Dental office receptionist and Tele Sales for a clinic in Sheikh Zayed

• English language proficiency is required
• experience in the dental field is required
• a minimum of 2 years experience is required
• working hours 10am – 7pm
• 5 days a week (Sunday – Thursday)

Salary: 4000 basic + commission
Responsibilities:

• scheduling patients / collect payment
• managing office budget
• managing social media account.
• arranging public events inside and outside the office
• manage staff attendance and vacations.
  -Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  -Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  -Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
  -Gathering and documenting customer information.
  -Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new date.
  -Answering customers’ questions on the course.
  -Meeting sales quotas.

Sheikh Zayed residents preferred.
