About the job
Raya Smart Buildings; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire an AR accountant with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:
Responsibilities
Maintain the billing system accurate up to date
Make sure all tenants contracts submitted in property management and working automated without any manual transaction or human intervention
Handle for the company revenue drivers’ operations (Finance prospective), reviewing the issued invoices, cash collection
Generate invoices and account statements. Perform account reconciliations. Follow up & post WHT certificates collection from customers
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in accounting
At least two years of experience
CMA is a plus
Fluent in English
