Working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
Days off: Fri & Sat
Salary : 15000

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
At least 3 years’ of industry experience
Strong technological knowledge about manufacturing procedures
Able to operate productively
Must have excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Must have an eye for detail
Must be committed for quality production
Using the computer and its applications
Making smart decisions & resolving problems in an efficient manner
Applying health and safety practices
Managing stressful situations and projects
Collaborating in team activities
Job Description :
- Following daily engineering objectives according to projects schedule
- Feasibility study of new products & solving technical constraints.
- Maintain industrial operations of the projects with optimum parameters
- Continuous improvement to meet the customer’s requirements
- Prepare the production files to meet the customers’ requirements. (Design, bill of material, process sheets.
- Helping and coaching young engineers to achieve their goals
- maintaining motivation and friendly atmosphere among the engineering dept. specifically and the company in general
- Support and maintain the company’s policies among the dept.
- Helping and coaching operators, leaders to achieve their goals.
- Follow manufacturing of new products & prototypes
- Enforcing and implementing the ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management
- Defining the critical dimensions on the drawings.
- Creating quality control documents for each process.
- Improve the performance of quality control checking.
- Helping and coaching controllers & participate to the definition of final control documents.
- Lead 5S & Best practices in the all factory (audits, training, …)
- Study Lean Manufacturing tools to enhance his background
- Define & implement the right tool & process according to each situation
- Working instructions (painting cards, bending sheets, welding instructions…)
2 – Human Resources Specialist

” HR Specialist “
Responsibilities
Receive the recruitment needs from the head departments for the WC after the validation of the HR Manager & MD.
Start sourcing to fulfil the needs from the various channels (data base, linkden, recruiting agencies, employment fairs, head hunting, connections, universities…)
Prepare a pool of qualified candidates after the fulfillment of the screening phase with the head of Department.
Finalization of the recruitment process, job offering, back ground checks …
Send on weekly basis the status for WC hiring. BC:
Lead the monthly BC recruitment meeting
Make the daily interviews for the BC in accordance to the given criteria.
Send on weekly basis the updated BC recruitment status.
Identifying training needs, by the support of the Head of Department and in accordance to the company target.
Translate requirements into trainings that will support both the company and Employee for the next step in their career path.
Monitor their Training result.
Fulfil the training requirements in accordance to the ISO Procedures.
Follow up the compliance training for all new comers as well as the renewal every 3 years in accordance to the corporate rules.
Preparing the monthly reporting to corporate.
Prepare the monthly Compliance training file.
Welcome the new comers.
Lead the HR Orientation process.
Prepare the New comers dinner.
Follow the progress and involvement of the new comers
Prepare the work flow for each Department
Update the employees Job Descriptions in accordance with the support of the Head of Department
Work on the successions planning specially for the critical jobs.
Work closely with head of department to support them in the performance evaluation process.

Salary : 15000 gross

Qualifications
HR Certification, High English level ,Excellent Knowledge of MS office
At least 3 years’ of industry experience
Good communication skills with the team & the clients.
Good organization skills.
3 – Key Account Manager

At least 3 years’ of industry experience
Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
Good experience of the different operations of sheet metal workings.
Job Description :
• Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate Company customer portfolio growth
• Conduct market research and analysis to create business portfolio for prospective (expansion, business development etc.)
• Understand the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met.
• Follow with current customers to check means of development in current product and discuss new projects.
• Act to acquire new customers and manage client relationships (new and existing.)
• Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (Engineering, Supply Chain.. etc
