Overseas Logistics Specialist
About the job
Main Responsibilities:
Control Air Shipments (handling the shipping documents, customs payments, tracking sheet analyses, SAP system)
Control CBU shipments (Receiving vehicles at port and issuing all payments related to this shipments, SAP system)
Issue ACID new customs system for every shipment (communicate with overseas suppliers and control all process related to CBU shipments).
Issue Ownership certificate (SAP System)
Communicate with the shipping liners and freight forwarders to receive freight quotations.
Analyze inbound and outbound logistics cost
Relevant Experience:
2-3 years experience in an Overseas Logistics role
Educational Background:
Bachelor degree in Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration
Skills:
SAP experience is a must
Proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Self-motivated Individual with professional behavior who operates under highest standards of ethical conduct.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Written and oral fluency in English
